Mary and Rain were exceptional at the front desk. Elevator and fire pit were broken but room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was better than I expected. Good place to stop overnight if traveling through.

We stayed for about 5 nights over Thanksgiving. The hotel is a little dated, but it was nice and clean and everything worked. If you need the latest and greatest I suggest you are going to have to spend the big bucks. Personally, I found this was a very nice hotel, and it was less expensive than I’ve stayed at before that were basically dumps.Their complementary breakfast was wonderful and plenty of food. I do not have any dietary needs, but I heard another guest express a need and the cook went back to kitchen and made something just for him. Also the breakfast menus was different on every day we were there. The number of guests staying there seemed very low, and I think people are missing out on a good deal. Mary, at the front desk was always very helpful as was the rest of the staff. My needs are not very great or unusual but anything I needed they were very prompt in providing. We needed to stay on the east side of Inde to be closer to relatives, but found this area very accessible for restaurants and shopping. I’m sure we will stay here again in the future. Deb S.

I've only stayed at Country Inn & Suites twice, but it has easily become one of my favorite hotels. I absolutely love the decor for the entrance/dining hall. The staff is really friendly too. Shout out to Mary. Also, out of all of the hotels that I've stayed at, this one had the BEST breakfast layout. Lots of variety here. They also have a really cool fireplace outside. I have yet to see it in action, but it looks cool from the pictures I've seen online. I also really like the location, because there are two restaurants close by that I enjoy eating at (Applebee's and Tian Fu). The only downside is that the bathroom lights are outside the bathroom. For example, if you're taking a bath or a shower, you're probably going to have to hop out halfway through (in the dark), and turn the light back on from outside the bathroom. The lights are timed to shut off automatically. Other than that, it's a great stay.

Elevator needs repair,needs weights in exercise room.Outside fire pit broken again. All staff helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Mary and General manager( 4got her name, black lady) were excellent. I plan to visit next year same time and hope everything is in working order. Overall very good, clean,safe and convenient place. The breakfast buffet is great also

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. We have no complaints with our stay except but be aware the pool is not open and doesn't look like it will be any time soon. Our beds were very comfortable and our AC unit worked well. TV remote is a little complicated. Front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast is one of the better ones I've had. I felt safe parking my car.

I don't understand why this hotel is rated with lower stars. From the time I walked in and was greeted by the lovely Mary, who goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and happy; it has been a wonderful experience. The buffet breakfast was great as well. Our room was spacious and Super clean.
